1. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to participate. PeoplesPot is a real-money game of chance. By entering a pot you represent that you meet this requirement and that participation is lawful for you.
2. Prohibited jurisdictions
Access is geo-gated. Real-money play is unavailable in restricted jurisdictions, and you may not use a VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent these controls. The restricted list is determined by applicable law and may change without notice.
3. Tickets are non-refundable
Tickets are an in-app balance bought with USDC. The conversion is one-way: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, USDC, or any other asset — they can only be spent within PeoplesPot.
4. Entries are final
All pot and draw entries are final. There is no cancellation path. Funds leave a round only via on-chain resolution to the drawn winners. By entering you accept the outcome of the draw.
5. Provably-fair draws
Winners are selected using verifiable randomness, and every entry and payout is recorded on the Base network. The draw is auditable on-chain and we cannot alter a result after the fact. Your Tickets balance is an account ledger we operate; it is not recorded on-chain.
6. Custody & settlement
Pots are settled in USDC on Base. Your Tickets balance is held by us. You are responsible for the security of your account and embedded wallet. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice; you are responsible for any taxes arising from winnings.
7. Privacy
Your use of PeoplesPot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is handled.
8. Changes & contact
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Final contact details will be provided here once counsel has reviewed this document.
